Olivia A. Sheppard joined the Beal Law Firm in 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in family law and a deep commitment to client advocacy. Olivia's determination and drive make her a formidable advocate who is unafraid to stand up for her clients' rights.
 

A native of Southwest Arkansas, Olivia graduated from Ashdown High School and chose to return to her hometown and the surrounding Texarkana area to provide legal services after completing her education. She attended the University of Arkansas, where she was an active member of the Psi Chapter of Chi Omega. Olivia earned her law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where she was named a Bowen Scholar. During law school, she externed for Justice Robin Wynne of the Arkansas Supreme Court and served as President of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Student Section, further honing her legal skills and commitment to justice.
 

Olivia began her legal career at the prestigious Trammell-Piazza Law Firm, where she practiced business litigation, personal injury law, severe injury, and nursing home abuse claims for over three years. The firm, known for its outstanding legal reputation and substantial courtroom experience, provided Olivia with a solid foundation in various legal fields. Driven by her passion for family law, Olivia left Trammell-Piazza to establish her own practice, The Sheppard Firm, PLLC, dedicated exclusively to family law. Even after founding her firm, she maintained a connection with Trammell- Piazza Law Firm, serving as Of Counsel and collaborating on numerous cases. Now, as she relocates to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Olivia is excited to embark on this new journey and looks forward to using her extensive experience to representation of DFW divorce and child custody clients.
 

Olivia's professional affiliations include the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Texas Bar Association. Her dedication to her profession was recognized when she was named to Four States Living Magazine’s Fabulous 40 Under 40 in 2019.
 

Outside of her professional life, Olivia enjoys spending time with her nephew and niece, Isaac and Charleigh, who often keep her busy traveling to watch their baseball tournaments and gymnastics meets. She also has a passion for traveling and especially enjoys seeing Broadway musicals any chance she gets. Olivia brings her enthusiasm and experience to her new role at Beal Law Firm, where she continues to be a fierce advocate who is unafraid to stand up for her clients' interests.
